This policy describes how Websoham (a Tequity company) ("Websoham", "we") handles data in InboxRadar. It supplements our general Privacy Policy. By using InboxRadar you agree to this policy.

Single purpose

InboxRadar is a lightweight SaaS that reports open and reply rates for your sales outreach, with privacy-respecting tracking you fully control.

Data we collect

• Account details (name, work email)
• Email metadata you connect (subject, timestamps, open/reply events)

How we use it

To generate your analytics dashboard and team benchmarks. We process only the metadata needed for reporting.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Sub-processors (hosting, auth) are used only to operate the service.

Data retention

Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent for optional features at any time. Contact privacy@websoham.com.

Changes

We will update the "last updated" date above when this policy changes and, for material changes, notify users where appropriate.
