These terms govern your use of Websoham's websites, browser extensions, and SaaS products.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Websoham (a Tequity company) ("Websoham", "we", "us"). They apply to our website, our browser extensions, and our SaaS products (together, the "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@websoham.com of any unauthorized use.

Our browser extensions are also subject to the terms and program policies of the store you install them from (for example, the Chrome Web Store). Each product's data practices are described in its Privacy Policy. We may update, change, or discontinue any product or feature; where a change materially reduces functionality of a paid product, we will give reasonable notice.
Paid Services are billed in advance on the plan you select and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice for future billing periods.
The Services, including all software, branding, and content we provide, are owned by Websoham or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Any content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Services for you.
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Websoham will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Websoham harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, the licences granted to you end.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
